Cloud Horse Art Institute currently offers its classes in a private home, in traditional tipis and simple outdoor settings. 



Interest in our unique classes and camps is outgrowing our capacity. 



It is time for expansion. 


While specializing in the accumulation and transfer of traditional Lakota art, knowledge and language, we intend to do more for our community. 

We are ready to build on our successes and reach more Lakota people with additional classes, camps and cultural offerings.

   How can we reach more people?

- By offering our classes in outreach locations

 -By showcasing student art pieces in an onsite gallery 

- By developing traveling exhibits or performances

- By teaching entrepreneurship so our students can learn 
the business of art and the value of their talent as a contemporary tool for economic sustainability
