It is out of this deep belief that Cloud Horse Art Institute wa
s dreamed into being and founded by Traditional Lakota Artisan, Tilda Long Soldier St. Pierre, and named after her Great-grandmother, Ella Cloud Horse.
Traditional songs, practices, language and history are transferred through Native Art instruction by Master Artisans, cultural activities, and youth camps offered at Cloud Horse Art Institute. more about us.
